Unless you have a paid service contract or have established an open account, all service calls are performed
on a C.O.D. or C.I.A. (Cash In Advance) basis. See Service Call Price List

On any service call there is a SERVICE CHARGE; travel, time consumed, parts necessary for a cost estimate,
and time in 1st 1/2 hour are covered by this charge. The service charge is due whether or not the unit is repaired.

Service is normally performed within 48 hours of service call request.

Service calls that must be performed on a certain day or a certain time carry an APPOINTMENT CHARGE.
Service that must be performed within 24 hours carry a RUSH CHARGE.

If the machine has a problem we determine the key operator could have solved or is not detectable because it was
corrected or it self corrected before we arrived and call was not canceled then there is a NO PROBLEM FOUND CHARGE,
this charge is deductible from your next service call, this credit is valid for one year.

Service that must be performed within 4 hours carry a Same Day Charge. These charges add to the SERVICE CHARGE.

Shop repair, service call and preventive maintenance rates do not include parts or supplies needed to complete repair.

IF MACHINE IS WORKED ON IN SHOP SEE SHOP TERMS

SERVICE GUARANTEE

Workmanship performed is warranted for 30 days or 1300 copies (whichever comes first). Parts replaced are warranted for 90 days or 3800 copies (whichever comes first). Depending on copier's meter reading; if trouble develops in work performed, repair or replacement of defective parts will be made free of charge. After 30 days only defective parts will be replaced at no parts cost. Parts not replaced, customer related damage; and defects outside initial repair are not covered.
