SHOP TERMS
Machines worked on in shop carry a
C/O CHARGE. The C/O charge is not refundable
but deducted from work done. Shop repair for copiers have a
Flat Rate for labor. The cost for an estimate
occur if parts or supplies are needed. Estimates will be given to you within 24
hrs. You have one week to decide if you want to have repairs made after an
estimate. There is a
Storage Charge per day
that your equipment remains in the shop. Maximum storage of a machine is 90 days
after which time we will dispossess machine.
Pick up and delivery are extra
(call for price). Machines over 115 Lbs. are not accepted for shop
repair.
Shop repair, service call and preventive maintenance rates do not
include parts or supplies needed to complete repair.
SHOP REPAIR GUARANTEE
Workmanship (labor) performed is
warranted for 30 days or 1300 copies (whichever comes first).
Parts replaced on this repair are warranted 90 days or3800 copies (whichever comes first).
Depending on the copiers meter reading:
If trouble developes in work performed, repair or replacement of
defective parts will be made free of charge. After 30 days labor
will be charged to install, adjust or align parts. Parts not
replaced, customer related damage or defects apart from initial repair
are not covered.
This guaranty is valid if machine is returned to Clear Copy shop for
repair. Repairs made at customer's location carry a service charge.
