1) WHAT DO YOU CHARGE PER HOUR?
We do not charge by the hour. Most service calls can be performed within 1/2 hr. therefore; we have a Service Charge, after that labor is charged at per quarter hour intervals. Parts and supplies are not included. If more time or parts are needed we will give you an estimate of cost to complete repair.

2) WHAT MACHINES DO YOU SERVICE? Any small and medium volume (0-30 copies/minute) copiers. Printer and fax machines are repaired in shop only. Machines we have serviced. If your machine is on the list there is a good chance we have supplies and parts for it on hand.

3) WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU REQUIRE?
Company check, money order, cash. Personal checks with ID.  You can also use PayPal and pay using a credit card.  For more information on PayPal, visit their site- Official PayPal Seal

4) DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR REPAIRS?
Yes. See Service Guarantee.

5) CAN YOU COME A CERTAIN DAY OR WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME?
Yes. See APPOINTMENT CHARGE

6) DO YOU SELL GENERIC SUPPLIES OR PARTS?
Yes. They match or exceed the manufacturers specifications, if not we will alert you. We will at your request only install O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts or supplies. OEM parts or supplies may require prepayment. Supply Guarantee.

7) WHAT SUPPLIES DO YOU STOCK?
We stock supplies that have been previously ordered by our established customers. We can usually have out of stock supplies on hand by the next day.

8) MY MACHINE HAS A PARTICULAR PROBLEM. WHAT WILL IT COST TO REPAIR? See Trouble Shoot List.
